Project Description:
In partnership with the world’s preeminent authority on phytosanitation in Europe, our team provided extended subject matter expert consulting and advisory services to support Ukraine's mission to the WTO Ukraine for WTO trade negotiations, in particular negotiations involving agricultural and/or food products, and for WTO dispute settlement procedures. The requirement involved regular travel to Kiev and Geneva to provide advice to Ukraine's Ministry of Economic Development and Trade (MEDT). Work was completed in close coordination with the US Embassy in Kiev while handling highly sensitive information and reporting directly to CLDP Senior Counsel based in Washington, DC.
